PRESSURE WASHING

For existing curbs, after multiple layers of curb painting has accumulated, the layers begin flaking. In order to properly remove this flaking it must either be aggressively scraped or pressure washed or else the new paint will not adhere properly.  Failing to do so causes longevity issues.

Pressure washing is a cost-effective and efficient method to remove discoloration, stains, and other stubborn contaminants such as gum, sugary drinks, food particles, bacteria, algae, etc.   

And effective way to beautify  and maintain your asphalt parking lot is to periodically clean it with a pressure washing surface cleaner.  This will restore it's appearance without the expense of repaving and as an alternative to getting sealcoating applied.
