VA Striping and Seal Coating,  based in Fairfax County VA, in Vienna Virginia to be specific, has been striping parking lots since 2013 throughout Northern Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland.  Many of our well-trained technicians have decades of experience and have become industry veterans in the asphalt maintenance industry performing asphalt crack fill, seal coating, and parking lot line striping, curb painting and power washing.  We also have expert engineers who are well-versed in the latest parking lot design optimization trends and Handicap ADA Compliance.

Generally, it lasts between 2 to 5 years.  Many factors can work against the range one can expect.  The main factors include  how clean the concrete or asphalt being painted is at the time of painting (pressure washing the surface promotes improved adhesion and longevity); abrasions and repeated wear due to dense vehicle traffic or impact from tires on curbs; and environmental conditions such as sprayed chemicals or prolonged direct UV light from the sun will all contribute to premature aging and shorten its service life.

As a fully licensed and insured Class C Contractor, registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia, we can handle any job up to $10,000 up to $150,000 and with larger project we have partnerships  with Class A  to accommodate the customers requirements. 

Not a problem.  Being in the DC Metro area, this is quite common.  Our technicians and foremen have gone through and passed those processes numerous times. 

We work with our clients to accommodate their deadlines whenever possible.  Sometimes that is not possible, in which case we are forthright about it.

Generally, we ask our clients to allow for 2-weeks advance scheduling from the time we receive estimate approval and deposit funds are received.  On occasion we can shorten that timeline slightly, depending on the project Scope of Work (SoW), availability of crews and materials, but at an increased cost.  As the 'Iron Triangle' goes:  "Quality, Speed or Price -- pick 2". However, we never sacrifice Quality.  Take that into account.

We do not perform services for individual homeowners.  However, we regularly serve entire single-family and multi-family Homeowner Associations (HOAs) and Condominium Owner Associations (COAs), as well as Apartment Complexes. 

We completely understand!  Some core tenets of our company are to over-communicate and ALWAYS be on time.  No vague "some time between 8am and Noon' stuff with us!   With very rare exception, we will be there at the exact time we say we will, or slightly early.

Since our founding, we have served hundreds of clients in the Homeowners Association (HOA), Condominium Owners Associations (COAs), and multi-family Apartment Building residential sectors.

On the Commercial side, we have done small and large  Retail Property, Shopping Mall, Strip Shopping Centers, Gas Stations, Hotel & Hospitality, Commercial Building owners,  Property Management, and Manufacturing  & Industrial Warehouse sectors.

We work with you do devise a scheduled plan to minimize inconvenience to the residents/customers.  Usually, certain sections of the parking lot at a time are blocked-off to perform our crack fill, asphalt sealcoating application or parking lot line striping work.  This minimizes the felt impact.  Also, the more ingress & egress routes there are to your property the easier traffic redirection is to accomplish.  We also can schedule to work at night, and sometimes over a weekend in certain instances.
