Generally, we ask our clients to allow for 2-weeks advance scheduling from the time we receive estimate approval and deposit funds are received. On occasion we can shorten that timeline slightly, depending on the project Scope of Work (SoW), availability of crews and materials, but at an increased cost. As the 'Iron Triangle' goes: "Quality, Speed or Price -- pick 2". However, we never sacrifice Quality. Take that into account.
We do not perform services for individual homeowners. However, we regularly serve entire single-family and multi-family Homeowner Associations (HOAs) and Condominium Owner Associations (COAs), as well as Apartment Complexes.
We completely understand! Some core tenets of our company are to over-communicate and ALWAYS be on time. No vague "some time between 8am and Noon' stuff with us! With very rare exception, we will be there at the exact time we say we will, or slightly early.

We work with you do devise a scheduled plan to minimize inconvenience to the residents/customers. Usually, certain sections of the parking lot at a time are blocked-off to perform our crack fill, asphalt sealcoating application or parking lot line striping work. This minimizes the felt impact. Also, the more ingress & egress routes there are to your property the easier traffic redirection is to accomplish. We also can schedule to work at night, and sometimes over a weekend in certain instances.
